Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As an Overnight Stocking Coach, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing teams to achieve outstanding operational excellence. You'll provide guidance and training to associates, ensuring they are equipped to enhance store operations and customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Teaching and mentoring team members while actively listening to their feedback.
• Communicating with associates at all levels about store operations, technology, and company initiatives.
• Driving financial performance by analyzing Profit and Loss statements and managing budgets effectively.
• Ensuring a high-quality customer experience by leading customer service initiatives and resolving issues swiftly.
• Developing action plans to meet sales and profit goals, focusing on inventory flow and merchandise presentation.
• Fostering a collaborative environment by building strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting accountability.
• Hiring, training, and recognizing associates to promote a culture where everyone feels valued and included.
• Upholding company policies and ethical standards, while supporting the team through open communication.
• Encouraging a mindset of continuous learning and improvement among associates.

The annual salary range for this position is between $71,000 and $80,000 with additional performance bonuses available.

Minimum Qualifications...

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 2 years of college education; or
• 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience; or
• 2 years of general work experience with 1 year in a supervisory role.

For candidates applying in firearms-selling facilities, a successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check may be required.

Preferred Qualifications...

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• Experience supervising a team of 5 or more associates including performance management activities.
