Job Title: General Production Associate

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a General Production Associate at a leading local parts cleaning company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment, focusing on the processing, cleaning, and inspection of parts and assemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Process, clean, and inspect parts and assemblies from high-tech semiconductor manufacturing.

  • Disassemble, clean/refurbish, reassemble, perform final clean, and prepare parts in a controlled cleanroom work environment.

  • Maintain the highest safety and quality standards, focusing on customer needs and company values.

  • Practice inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels.

  • Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components.

  • Use and maintain processing equipment including media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, and ovens.

  • Utilize a combination of mechanical and chemical cleaning techniques to clean equipment.

  • Use safety equipment daily, including hearing protection, safety glasses or face shields, chemical resistant aprons, and gloves.

  • Handle potentially hazardous materials following appropriate manufacturing and safety procedures.

  • Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate garments and following stringent micro-contamination protocols.

  • Strictly adhere to all corporate, industry, and site protocols and procedures.

  • Ensure the work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained.

  • Read and understand written work instructions and procedures, annotating each step as complete when finished.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with production, hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.

  • Assembly and cleanroom experience.

  • Chemical knowledge and handling experience.

  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • General labor experience.

  • Experience with chemical utilization and production.

  • Experience in chemistry or related field.

Pay and Benefits
