You may also perform inventory tracking and assist with warehouse organization./ph3How You Will Do It:/h3ulliOperate forklift, pick orders, stage material and load/unload trucks/liliVerify that product meets quality standards and keep records of approved and defective units/liliClean equipment, tools, etc. and surrounding area between jobs./liliFollow all safety, quality and production specifications, instructions, written and verbal./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulli1+ year(s) of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting required./liliPrevious certification on stand-up or sit-down forklifts, with willingness to be recertified./liliComfortable working 12+ hour days./liliAbility to stand/walk for long period of time./liliAbility to work in a hot environment./liliAbility to physically bend, twist and kneel in a safe and efficient manner./liliBasic computer skills./liliBasic math, reading and writing skills./liliAvailability to work overtime and weekends as needed./liliAbility to come in early or stay late depending on production demands./liliMust be able to wear required PPE./li/ulh3What We Do Here:/h3pOur fully integrated plant near Portland, Oregon manufactures batteries for cars, boats, motorcycles and heavy-duty trucks and will soon celebrate 50 years in operation.
