About the Role

We're looking for a Receiving Associate to join our fast-paced, hands-on fulfillment team. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and excited by trading cards, collectibles, or just love being part of something new and growing, this could be the job for you!

You'll help ensure every card that enters our facility is handled with care and precision. No warehouse experience? No problem! We provide full training. Just bring your attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Unboxing Orders: Carefully open and inspect inbound packages.
• Verify Inventory: Compare manifest with physical products to ensure deliveries are complete.
• Inspect Products: carefully assess each product for damage.
• Create Orders: Utilize Google Sheets to create orders for tracking further movement of products.
• Assist in Operations: Help in other departments as needed, including scanning, assembling, storage, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

• Strong attention to detail. Collectors notice the little things.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, specifically Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Comfort using computers and basic warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift/move packages and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
