As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a distinguished hotel location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for guests and staff. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the hotel location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel, including guest areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to assist in controlling access and maintaining an orderly environment.

+ Report and document any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal procedures.

+ Collaborate with hotel staff to address security-related needs and provide assistance when required.

+ Remain alert to any suspicious behavior or activity and promptly communicate observations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
