What you will be doing

Summary- the shipping assistant is responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, documenting the materal that may be removed and loaded from trucks. Process of reviewing to or creating, updating and or maintaining all the records and documentation associated with the daily shipping,trucking and import/export activitie s.

What will make you successful?

• Abilitity to work any shift- 12am-8am / 5am- 1pm / 10:30am-6:30pm
• Have or be able to attain a MEO license within 90 days of start
• Must be able to use computer program Oracle or learn on the job
• Knowledge of shipping/recieving practices
• Familiarity with USDOT and FMCSA rules and regulations
• Must have basic math skills, use a calculator and read a tape measure
