Apartment Turnover Cleaner

Location: Clackamas, OR Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Role: Join Legacy Property Management as an Apartment Turnover Cleaner and play a vital role in preparing our properties for new residents. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in detailed work and perform well in a fast paced environment. This position is essential to ensuring apartments are clean, safe, and move in ready.

Responsibilities: Perform thorough cleaning of vacant apartments to meet company standards Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas including appliances and fixtures Clean carpets and maintain floors as needed Inspect units for damages and report maintenance issues to management Maintain and properly use cleaning supplies and equipment Complete turnovers efficiently while maintaining quality Work closely with the property management team to support smooth turnovers Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements: Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially residential or property management Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform extended cleaning tasks Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Positive attitude and strong work ethic Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment is a plus
