Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly by managing inventory cycle counts, receiving and stocking products, processing customer orders, and maintaining a well‑organized warehouse. This is a fast‑paced, highly active role that involves regular forklift operation, accurate invoice handling, and shifting between multiple tasks as priorities change. As business needs require, this position will also assist with local delivery driving to support timely order fulfillment. The work can be physically demanding and detail‑intensive, and it requires someone who is comfortable staying on their feet, adapting quickly, and taking ownership of their workspace. Primary Responsibilities
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and bring proven warehouse experience, with the ability to operate forklifts, manage pallet shipping and receiving, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and professionalism are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and follow all safety protocols, including those related to hazardous materials. Attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and regular computer use for order processing are crucial. A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work is also important for success in this role.
Warehouse experience is preferred, and candidates must have a clean driving record.
