Office Assistant

We are currently seeking an exceptional Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and the ability to handle a range of administrative tasks. They will have a strong sense of responsibility, with a focus on accuracy, discretion, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff.
  • Maintain the professional and clean appearance of office areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Understanding of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school degree.
