Assemblers
We are seeking skilled Assemblers who take pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in small part assembly, particularly electrical or wiring work, who enjoy working in a clean, detail-oriented manufacturing environment.
This is a full-time, temp to hire role with a company who supports a variety of industries such as military, aerospace and tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble fiber optic cables and related products by following established work instructions.
- Meet or exceed minimum production quotas based on time or piece count.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards with a strong attention to detail.
- Develop an intermediate understanding of hand tools and their proper applications.
- Understand and apply standard and metric measurements, including conversions.
- Report production issues, quality concerns, or delays to the Production Supervisor or management.
- Apply problem-solving skills to identify issues and support continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Must be able to provide ITAR documentation for proof of U.S. citizenship
- U.S. Passport
- U.S. Birth Certificate
- Certificate of U.S. citizenship
- Permanent Resident Card
- 1+ year of small part assembly experience, preferably in electrical or wiring work.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and rulers.
- Comfortable working with wires and cables.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Location: Tualatin, OR not accessible by public transportation
Pay: $20.00 $22.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
- Must be flexible for periodic overtime on Friday
