Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in maintaining food safety and consistency on the production line. No extensive experience is requiredthis team is ready to train dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to learn.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for those who take pride in their work and want to be part of a reliable, team-focused environment.

Production Operator Job Duties:

• Inspect and verify product packaging by checking bag seals, labels, and weights to ensure they meet strict quality and food safety standards
• Record production data, label information, and quality control results consistently
• Operate forklift to move products through warehouse and stage for mixing process
• Oversee machines that mix ingredients and check products for accuracy
• Follow all cleaning schedules and safety protocols, including proper PPE usage

Schedule: Monday Friday, 1pm-11:30pm

Pay: $20.25/hr

Compensation increase at conversion to $25.75hr and.50cent shift differential!

Production Operator Requirements:

• 6 months of previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Ability to wear PPE: steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
