SERVICE PARTS COORDINATOR:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Research, source, price parts and determine needs for service repairs.
• Pull parts and stage for service technicians.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and parts and the associated costs of each.
• Complete all necessary paperwork on each transaction in an accurate timely manner.
• Keep track of backorders and work with manufactures on reducing lead times.
• Provide relief as needed for warehouse and service team. This includes (but is not limited to) assisting warehouse team moving parts and occasionally running for parts for the service team.
• Process credits, make adjustments, and monitor for restocking charges on all parts sales completed.
• Performing shipping/receiving and warehouse duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Self-motivation, adaptability, and assertive drive.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast pace and team-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with service team, in an effort to keep technicians supplied with parts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person, in an effort to sell company parts and other services.
• Above-average organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Experience with automotive or heavy equipment parts preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Driver's license with a good driving record.

Compensation: $20-30/hr (Depending on Experience)
