Note: The hourly rate for this position is $35 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
Install high-end residential finishes including Custom trim, baseboards, window/ door casings, crown molding, cabinetry, built-ins, paneling, wall treatments, stair components, and specialty millwork
Interpret architectural plans, designer specifications, and finish schedules with minimal supervision
Perform precise measurements, layout, and cutting custom installations
Use of a variety of hand and power tools to create flawless finish details
Ensure all work meets the highest quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Collaborate closely with the site supervisors, designers, and other trades to maintain project timelines and design intent
Construct Hemlock ceiling work inside and outside. Including soffits
Follow safety practices at all times
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US
Must have 5+ years' experience in High-end Custom home residential finish / trim carpentry
Expert-level knowledge of finish carpentry techniques, joinery, and high-end materials
Experience working with millwork, hardwoods, exotic woods, and premium finishes
Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a complex, detail-rich environment
Experience installing luxury cabinetry and custom built-ins preferred
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs in order to load and unload wood and other materials
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
