Medical Call Center Representative - SW Portland

Overview

We're seeking a motivated Medical Call Center Representative to support individuals on their path to better health. You'll be the first point of contact for callers seeking guidance, services, and information. If you love helping people, communicating clearly, and introducing others to health-supporting services, this role is a great match.
Location, Schedule & Pay

  • Location: SW Portland
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $21 per hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Support callers with questions about health-related services while delivering a friendly, professional experience.
  • Follow up on inquiries and introduce individuals to additional services that can support their wellbeing.
  • Educate callers on available programs and highlight the benefits that best match their needs.
  • Accurately document all interactions in the system.
  • Meet performance expectations related to call quality, accuracy, service engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure callers receive timely, effective support.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication with a warm, confident, customer-first approach.
  • Ability to explain and promote health-related services in a consultative, solution-driven manner.
  • Comfort balancing service with gentle sales engagement.
  • High attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or health-focused roles is helpful but not required.
