divh2Operations Associate - Night Shift/h2pThis role will serve as a front-line machine operator and aid in the production processing work across the factorys 24/7 compressed shifts. In this role, you will set up production equipment, prepare raw materials for production, and perform verifications of materials to complete the production batches successfully. Skills needed for a successful Operations Associate are critical thinking and problem solving, attention to detail and quality focused mindset. The schedule for this opening is 5:30 PM -6 AM Wednesday-Friday, rotating Saturdays (D-Shift)./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliWork with internal resources to resolve problems./liliEnsure adherence to department policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and environmental health and safety requirements./liliProvide input into process procedures as required./liliSet up machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering specifications in accordance with engineering parameters./liliMonitor one or more stages of the manufacturing process while equipment is running./liliAssess the quality of products and identify any nonconformities./liliRegularly inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working order./liliComplete productivity reports, detailing the number of parts or products made during each shift./li/ulpRequired:/pulliProficiency in windows-based computer applications./liliAbility to read and write in the English language./liliAbility to read specs and following work instructions./liliGood communication and teamwork skills./liliPositive attitude and strong work ethic./liliHigh School Diploma/GED./liliAbility to work a 12-hour shift, on your feet, and lift up to 40 pounds./li/ulpPreferred experience:/pulli1-3 years of manufacturing or relevant experience./liliDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing./liliDetail oriented./liliForward thinking (drives for continuous improvement)./liliAbility to align to organizational values./li/ulpOutstanding Candidates Will Have:/pulliDemonstrated knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines and practices./liliDemonstrated strong problem-solving skills./liliDemonstrated knowledge of safety practices./li/ulpWhat We Offer:/ppAt Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
