Apply today!/ppWhat you will receive as a Production Operator:/pulliStarting Pay: $18.00/hr./liliDay Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am 3:30 pm/liliMedical, Dental, and Vision Available/liliTemp/Contract-to-Hire/liliLocated in Newberg, Oregon/liliPaid weekly (every Friday)/li/ulpWhat you will be doing as a Production Operator:/pulliRun manufacturing processes - small desktop machines making plastic parts for medical devices/liliConduct and document in-process inspection/liliComplete training records/liliAssist in the documentation of new products/liliPackaging and labeling associated tasks/liliAs typical in a small, entrepreneurial environment, team members will be required to pitch in as needed for general operating tasks including (but not limited to) - breaking down boxes, sweeping up work area, etc./liliContribute to maintaining an efficient and safe workspace./liliCollaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpWhat you need to have as a Production Operator:/pulliMust be able to use basic inspection tools (willing to be trained)/liliAbility to work under a microscope for extended periods/liliIdeally need someone who has experience with UV gluing/liliAbility to read and write in English effectively/liliStrong manual dexterity for precise handling and assembly tasks/liliStrong hand-eye coordination for accurate and detailed work/liliNo minimum lifting requirements/liliCapable of performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency/liliBasic understanding of workplace professionalism, including appropriate interpersonal and communication skills/liliWillingness to adhere to standard protocols for medical device manufacturing, including compliance with dress code and personal grooming requirements/li/ul/div
