Job Title: Assembly Technician Job Description

This position is for a manufacturing assembler to assist in producing an electromechanical product. The role involves mechanical assembly and testing of various components. Work instructions and training will be provided. Once trained, the employee will work with minimal supervision but is expected to produce quality products at the appropriate production rate. Typical requirements include a positive attitude, maintaining cleanliness of the entire work facility, respect for others, and good organizational skills. All tools will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly and testing of electromechanical components.

• Follow provided work instructions and training to ensure quality production.

• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work facility.

• Respect fellow employees and adhere to company policies.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.

• Experience with soldering and small parts assembly.

• Ability to follow written work instructions.

• Good organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with digital multimeters.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $26.44/hr.
