Sustainable Cleaning Systems: Sustainable Cleaning Systems has supported work opportunities for individuals with disabilities in Oregon for 20 years by providing janitorial, hard floor & carpet cleaning positions.

We are looking for a FULL TIME Lead worker in the NE Portland and Milwaukie areas to join our team cleaning.

Wage: $20.25-21.25 per hour - depending on experience

Schedule - M- F, 5:00 - 1:30AM

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be able to pass all criminal background checks allowing entry into every building serviced.

2. Physical ability to safely bend, twist, lift, climbs stairs, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead. Must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds. (Accommodations can/will be considered)

3. Physical ability to operate various types of janitorial equipment. (Accommodations can/will be considered)

4. Janitorial positions are EVENING shifts.

5. Must be comfortable or skilled with setting alarm systems or accessing high-security doors/areas.

JANITOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensuring that customer problems or reported issues are corrected in a manner which results in fair, supportive outcomes that have positive forward movement towards long term solutions.

2. Inventory Checks and Supply Orders

3. Maintains professional boundaries with staff, leadership and customers.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
