As part of our team, you'll promote social justice for youth in foster care, juvenile justice, or experiencing homelessness.

What You'll Do

As a Foster Care Coordinator, your role is dynamic-balancing time between working on-site and out in the community supporting foster families. A typical day might include:

  • Checking in with program staff to identify foster parent support needs
  • Meeting with the training team to plan sessions and develop content
  • Driving to foster homes to provide in-person coaching
  • Debriefing with foster parents and offering guidance on behavior strategies
  • Preparing for upcoming trainings on trauma-informed parenting

What We're Looking For

  • Master's in social work or related field OR bachelor's + 2 years' experience with youth care.
  • Or 4 years of direct experience
  • Knowledge of child welfare, mental health, and trauma-informed practices.
  • Experience in coaching, training, or supporting caregivers (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel locally.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record.
