The Guest Services Representative is a key public-facing member of OMSIs Guest Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional service across the museum campus. In addition to ticketing, ushering, answering questions, wayfinding, and concierge desk duties, this role plays a vital part in supporting museum revenue goals and enhancing guest engagement. The position requires a proactive, solutions-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is invested in the success of both daily operations and strategic guest experiences.
The role is temporary, scheduled to work 20 29 hours per week between March 9, 2026 through October 23, 2026.
