As a key contributor to the merchandising team, you will be instrumental in bringing product strategies to life. You will support the development and execution of product offerings and assortments, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of consumers worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Enable the strategizing, building, and management of product offerings and assortments for global consumers.
  • Support merchandising teams in identifying and capitalizing on product opportunities.
  • Manage, maintain, and communicate detailed seasonal tools and systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners across consumer planning, product creation, insights & analytics, and gender merchandising teams.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Assist with sample management and update various presentations, spreadsheets, and media management tools.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, positive, and progressive team dynamic.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a combination of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, or Buying.
  • Demonstrated understanding of consumer behavior and marketplace dynamics.
  • Proven entrepreneurial spirit, with experience working on new projects, start-ups, concepts, or ideas.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends. *
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaboratively manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to various cross-functional partners.
  • A team-first mentality and an energy giver.
  • Strong retail background, including experience at a manager or higher level in customer service.
  • Experience managing merchandise line plans and creating seasonal assortments.
  • Experience in the lifestyle or apparel industry is a nice-to-have.
  • Product coordination or product line management experience is a nice-to-have.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments is a nice-to-have.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.40 to $32.67 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
