Description:
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for three communities with a total of 68 units.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements. This position consists of approximately 30 hours per week focused on property management duties, but for candidates who also have maintenance technician experience and interest, there is an opportunity to combine both roles, bringing the total schedule to 40 hours per week.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, tenant interaction, and hands-on maintenance.
Location: Grace Apartments (SW Portland), Humphrey Duplex (SW Portland), Marcus 4-Plex (Milwaukie)
Hourly Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hr.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, flexible start and end times
Weekly Contracted Hours: 30-40 hours
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
