Position Overview:

• Assist the store manager with daily operations and act as supervisor in their absence.
• Maximize store profitability through effective sales strategies and expense control.
• Foster an environment of excellent customer service and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and encourage your team to do the same.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Support the training and development of new sales professionals.
• Maintain store operations, including inventory management and merchandise display.
• Provide expert advice on jewelry quality, value, and design.
• Perform jewelry repairs and battery replacements.
• Conduct sales analytics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Participate in inventory processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry sales and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools is helpful.
• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a drug test.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
