Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
• 2 years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying, or relevant experience
• Demonstrated understanding of consumer and marketplace dynamics
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and experience in new projects or concepts
• Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities collaboratively
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and energy contributor
• Experience in the footwear or apparel industry
• Product coordination or product line management experience
• Experience in highly cross-functional environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Strategize, build, and manage the Sportswear product offering and assortments
• Support Merchandising teams to land product opportunities for a global consumer
• Manage, maintain, and communicate all seasonal tools and systems
• Develop key relationships with cross-functional teammates
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
