Production Assembly Technician
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $19-$21 per hour (DOE)
We're hiring a Production Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with tools, building products, and takes pride in precision and quality.
What You'll Do
Assemble products following work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches on a daily basis
Perform cable assembly and routing , ensuring clean, accurate builds
Assist with mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies
Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced production environment
Keep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures
What We're Looking For
1+ year of production or assembly experience
Comfortable using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Experience with cabling or wire handling is required
Soldering experience is a plus
Mechanical assembly experience is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full M-F schedule
Interview Process
Candidates will participate in a hands-on technical interview , which includes assembling a product to demonstrate tool use, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
