Production Assembly Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $19-$21 per hour (DOE)

We're hiring a Production Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with tools, building products, and takes pride in precision and quality.

What You'll Do

• Assemble products following work instructions, drawings, and quality standards

• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches on a daily basis

• Perform cable assembly and routing , ensuring clean, accurate builds

• Assist with mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies

• Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced production environment

• Keep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of production or assembly experience

• Comfortable using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Experience with cabling or wire handling is required

• Soldering experience is a plus

• Mechanical assembly experience is a plus

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full M-F schedule

Interview Process

Candidates will participate in a hands-on technical interview , which includes assembling a product to demonstrate tool use, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
