The main focus on Corporate Recruiters role will be to focus on hiring a variety of professionals across multiple departments in the areas of IT, Accounting and Finance, Legal Operations, and more - from entry level through senior management.

What you'll do • Utilizing creative sourcing strategies as well as working with managers to
shape/guide decisions on candidates and position requirements.
• Manage the full spectrum of recruiting workflow: sourcing, screening, slating for
interviews, coordinating feedback, and negotiating offers.
• Identify and engage active and passive talent through a combination of sourcing,
referrals, and inbound candidates.
• Proactively source and recruit top talent in the industry by implementing creative
sourcing strategies supporting technical and non-technical openings
• Handling and managing senior level passive candidates to ensure strong pipeline for
niche and key management positions to internally place technical and non-technical
candidates in a competitive market place.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be
competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices and innovate and implement
processes, tactics and strategies to deliver consistent results..
• Perform other duties to support the business needs.
What you'll need • To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in either corporate or agency
environments (preferably both)
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably UltiPro
• Technical recruiting experience with a proven track record placing candidates
supporting a variety of positions.
• MS Office- including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience with innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to
build and maintain a network of top-tier technical talent.
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the
marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process
management.
• Proven experience actively sourcing and recruiting active and passive candidates
through cold calling, local meetups, LinkedIn, social media, University relations, etc.
• Innovative sourcing tools and social and job-networking events especially with
passive candidate generation leveraging a variety of different techniques.
• VERY high sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and wear many hats on a daily basis.
• Highly independent, able to work with minimal direct supervision, 100% self-
motivated, positive attitude, strong attention to detail, highly organized, great
follow-through, effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize,
respond to pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical,
negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Google Apps suite: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google
Slides would be a plus
Physical abilities & exposures • Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using
computers for extended periods.
• Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training.
