Job Description:
This role supports a major payroll system conversion by transferring a high volume of backlogged timesheets into Deltek Costpoint accurately and efficiently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manually enter and adjust large volumes of timesheets in Deltek Costpoint
• Support a major Costpoint system conversion initiative
• Work with Project Controllers and Accounting teams to resolve project, account, and org setup errors
• Reconcile timesheet discrepancies and troubleshoot labor-related issues
• Understand and validate project setup, account structures, and employee org mappings
• Track down missing or incorrect timesheets and follow up with employees as needed

• Must-Haves:
  
  • 2-5 years of experience in Time & Labor or Payroll-related roles
  • Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint (v6/v7 acceptable; v8 preferred)
  • Experience with Costpoint Time and Expense 10
  • Strong understanding of labor time modules and timesheet workflows
  • High-volume data entry experience
  • Familiarity with project setup within Costpoint
  • Ability to pass a standard background check and credit check
  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • Experience in government contracting environments
  • Prior titles such as Payroll Analyst or Labor Specialist
