Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team who bring the T-Mobile brand to life in partner locations. Your engagement with customers is critical for success. You will be an ambassador creating excitement around our products and services in a dynamic retail environment. Compensation:
The hourly base pay is $17.50, plus an additional $5.00 per hour for training. Within your first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion of training, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000. Actual incentives can vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour when combining base pay and incentives. Furthermore, every employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an annual stock grant.
