Role Summary:

As a Cinema Experience Associate, your mission is to foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our Guests. You will need to be knowledgeable about movie details, special events, upcoming attractions, pricing, and promotions, ensuring that every interaction is top-notch. You might take on various roles, such as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist, based on staffing needs, and you'll be expected to execute the essential functions of these roles with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor.

• Efficiently operate Cinemark's POS system for all transactions at your designated register.

• Verify tickets and guide Guests to their auditoriums with ease.

• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings, studio policies, and company regulations during ticket sales.

• Provide detailed information on pricing, showtimes, special events, and theater inquiries.

• Respond to phone inquiries from Guests courteously and in a customer-focused manner.

• Conduct thorough theater inspections to guarantee quality sound and picture presentation while addressing safety concerns.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the theater, including lobbies, auditoriums, and restrooms.

• Prepare food and master the operation of cooking, warming, and popping equipment.

• Regularly sanitize high-contact areas to promote health and safety for both Guests and Employees.

• Adhere to local, state, and federal food safety regulations.

• Stay vigilant about safety and security, reporting any hazards or suspicious activities to management promptly.

• Assist with opening and closing tasks as directed by management.

• Perform various related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Complete basic food handling training and obtain any required certifications or health cards.

• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

• Reliable attendance is crucial.

• Exhibit a cheerful and approachable attitude during shifts.

• Deliver exceptional service to all Guests.

• Strong communication skills are a must, along with proficiency in English.

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

• Follow instructions and tasks effectively.

• Respond quickly to various tasks as needed.

• Possess solid cash handling skills and basic math competencies.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Regular standing, walking, and reaching throughout your shift.

• You will be working in a loud environment, which can become moderate to high at times.

• Ability to stand for long periods is essential.
