Who We're Looking For:
TSMC Washington is recruiting Production Specialists to work on-site at our Camas, Washington location with a March 2026 start date. As a Production Specialist you will be carrying wafers in small containers called pods throughout the production area to ensure production targets are met. You will be working in a clean room environment wearing clean room garments to protect the wafers from outside particles. Clean room garments include a full cleanroom suit, protective eyewear, gloves, hood, and a face mask. This is a physically demanding job requiring lifting, bending and long periods of standing and walking over a 12-hour shift. You could be walking up to 12 miles per shift.
Shifts:
TSMC Washington operates 24/7, 365 days a year. The shift structure is 4 days on/3 days off one week and 3 days on/4 days off the following week. Yep, that's 3 or 4 days off every week! TSMC Washington also provides 2 hours of meals and breaks for each 12-hour shift.
Starting wage is $21.50 per hour. Wage below includes hourly starting wage with built in overtime and shift differential. This is a set schedule and does not change or rotate. See our shift schedule below:
