Your Responsibilities:

As a Retail Associate, you will:

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience:

• Provide friendly and prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Recommend additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns promptly and involve managers when necessary.
• Encourage a respectful and team-oriented work culture.

Maintain Store Stock & Freshness:

• Ensure food and beverage items meet quality standards and are readily available.
• Keep food preparation areas clean and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display cases as needed.

Keep the Store Clean & Organized:

• Uphold a clean and inviting store atmosphere both inside and outside.
• Perform regular cleaning duties to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking initiatives.

What We Seek:

• High School Diploma or GED (or currently enrolled).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment is advantageous.
• A committed team player who takes initiative and enjoys engaging with others.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry out tasks involving bending and standing.
• May need to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits based on state/local laws.
