As a vital member of our team, you will connect directly with union members seeking assistance regarding their benefits. You will guide them through their available options, clearly explaining program details to ensure each family receives the personalized support they deserve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with union members.
• Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone appointments.
• Presenting benefits programs in a professional and engaging manner.
• Completing digital applications and documentation with accuracy.
• Maintaining company standards through quality control and compliance.
• Participating in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
• A team-oriented, organized, and self-motivated mindset.
• Comfortable working with computers, video platforms, and digital tools.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
