Overview of Position:

As a Cleaning Technician at Krispy Kreme, you will be essential in ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your primary duty will include maintaining the sanitation of the store, parking lot, and surrounding areas to provide a delightful experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop all necessary areas both inside and outside the store.
• Keep the parking lot tidy and presentable.
• Wash windows to improve store appearance.
• Sanitize and restock bathrooms for visitors' convenience.
• Clean tables and chairs in customer seating areas.
• Execute detailed cleaning tasks, including pressure washing when required.
• Assist with unloading mix trucks and other related duties.
• Organize stock room supplies efficiently.
• Perform any other assigned duties to maintain store cleanliness.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Basic literacy and math skills.
• Strong reliability and dependability.
• General fitness and mobility for active tasks.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
• Un-air-conditioned production areas may reach up to 100 degrees for extended periods.
• Noise levels may require shouting to communicate effectively.
