Join the Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) as an Affordable Property Manager, where your attention to detail and exceptional customer service will shine at the 115-unit apartment community of Plambeck Gardens in Tualatin, OR. This vibrant community features a community center, beautiful gardens, green spaces, and a play area for residents to enjoy.

As the Affordable Property Manager, you will spearhead the daily operations of the property. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing marketing efforts to attract prospective residents
  • Ensuring property integrity and maintenance
  • Screening and selecting new residents
  • Collecting rents and serving notices
  • Preparing reports and handling agreements
  • Supervising one Maintenance Technician and one Porter

Location: Plambeck Gardens (Tualatin, OR)

Hourly Rate: $27-$30/hr

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, including a one-hour meal period

Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hours

Additional Compensation: Monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

*A skills assessment will be conducted prior to extending an offer, and a pre-employment background check will be required for all final candidates.*

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in property management.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Entrata Property Management Software.
  • Basic experience with MS365 tools including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Fundamental math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to handle bookkeeping tasks such as collecting rent and preparing reports.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Quick learner with a strong attention to detail.
  • Availability for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
