Time & Attendance Administrator

The Time & Attendance Administrator reports to the Time & Attendance Supervisor and will serve as a key resource for employees at PCC Structurals Portland Operations. This is a job for someone willing to apply their experience in a fast-paced and evolving organization. The successful candidate will provide compassionate customer service and swift resolution to timekeeping related issues.

Essential Functions

  • Review, process and update a variety of electronic and physical paperwork/reports such as time-off requests, status reports and attendance records.
  • Research and resolve timekeeping issues; contact employees and/or supervisors to assist in the resolution of the questions/issues as needed.
  • Respond to employee questions in a timely manner and escalate matters as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing audits on employee data and working to resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits and Management teams to distribute information and documents to employees throughout the year.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as requested such as supply ordering, scheduling required exams and distribute mail.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide solutions for implementation.

  • Education & Experience:
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 2+ years related experience in an office environment required.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
