The Loss Prevention Department at Hobby Lobby is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Loss Prevention Specialist to help safeguard our stores.

There are no additional responsibilities related to risk management, safety, or inventory tasks—this role is dedicated solely to discreetly patrolling the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete detailed Incident Reports.
• Review and analyze camera footage.
• Apprehend shoplifters effectively and discreetly.
• Review BOLOs (Be On the Look Out notices).
• Handle stressful and potentially dangerous situations with sound judgment.
• Build strong relationships with store management and local law enforcement.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of previous undercover, floor walking loss prevention experience is required.
• Willingness to travel to multiple stores in the area.
• Strong communication skills.
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle record check and background check.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work hours standing or walking.
