Your Role as a Food Service Associate:

• Welcome guests with a smile upon their arrival.
• Recommend drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into our POS system with precision.
• Deliver food orders promptly and efficiently.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to provide refills and clear empty items from the table.
• Present and settle checks swiftly, thanking guests and inviting them back.
• Adhere to all food safety standards diligently.

What You Need to Succeed

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Willingness to move about the restaurant and stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift.
• A team player with sharp attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
