What You'll Be Doing:

• Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps in an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor. Enjoy a role that does not involve heavy lifting of bulky items, off-site driving, or dumping.

• Utilize our company's mobile app to log important service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and photos of any non-compliance.

• This hands-on position is physically active, involving walking throughout the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors through various weather conditions.

What You'll Get:

• Pay: Competitive rates of $19 - $21 per hour

• Evening shifts, typically Sunday-Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM

• Part-Time: Approx. 10-15+ hours per week

• Close-to-Home Assignments: We prioritize assigning you to a property near your residence.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)

• Smartphone with a data plan for app usage

• Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts

• Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
