The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors and providing them with the support they need, answering calls, solving problems, managing incoming and outgoing mail and other administrative duties as needed.

Minimum qualifications include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, typing, and using computers at a level normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma, GED, or related field or equivalent experience; and 1-2 years' experience in multi-line telephone systems and customer service.
Preferred qualifications include experience in the construction industry and experience providing administrative support.

Job responsibilities include welcoming visitors and providing support as needed, answering main phone lines, solving problems, and directing calls, receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail and packages, assisting accounting with daily check log, managing and ordering office supplies as needed, scheduling FedEx, UPS, etc. orders, updating and maintaining job site locations and contacts, maintaining safety standards and a clean, organized work area, assisting operations and HR team with administrative duties, and performing other tasks and special projects as assigned.
