What you ll do
- Assist in all phases of underground construction including but not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weights of construction materials and equipment.
- Assist in installation and maintenance of underground telecommunications cabling.
- Maintain visual and audible contact with other crew members and all moving or stationary persons/ vehicles/objects to ensure safe coordination of movement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Have basic knowledge and ability to operate various types of utility equipment in a safe manner.
- Have basic knowledge and ability to handle tools and equipment in a safe manner.
