Your Day at Lowe's

In this position, you'll ensure our store's signage, pricing, and displays are accurate, making merchandise easy to find. You will create product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and accessible to customers. While most of your tasks may not involve direct customer interaction, you will be expected to engage with customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and assisting them in locating or handling merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications, providing proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are ready for shipping.
• Update and validate signage and product locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure pricing information is clear and replace missing price labels.
• Drive sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays throughout the store.
• Repair or replace damaged signage and merchandise as needed.
• Communicate project priorities and progress with the Merchandising Services Team and management.
• Analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution.
• Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and engage with others.
• Experience using web-based computer programs.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales floor experience at Lowe's.
• Experience in product merchandising, including reading planograms and setting up displays.
• Experience with power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
• Knowledge of essential tools like drills and saws.
