Merrill Gardens - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.; Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.; Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.; Chart by exception and maintain up-to-date documentation of resident care.
