Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

BACKGROUND:

To find the right candidate, the Choosing Winners System will be utilized, considering behaviors, duties, responsibilities, experience, education, and skills. The profile is divided into Who, What, Performance Expectations, and Ticket.

PART ONE: WHO

PART TWO: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes processing AP invoices, reconciling credit card statements, reviewing expense coding, communicating with stakeholders, preparing subcontracts, assisting with compliance, creating invoices, managing AR, resolving billing discrepancies, supporting finance and project teams, answering phones, among others. This list is not exhaustive but provides a foundation for the role.

PART THREE: PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Focus on company growth, accountability, clear goals, high-performing team culture (Productive, Empowering, Clear roles, Flexible, Open communication, Recognition, Morale), efficiency, and smoother operations.

PART FOUR: TICKET

Required skills and experience include:

• At least 3 years of accounting experience in construction or contracting
• Associates degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Analytical, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe or Bluebeam

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in related fields
• Experience with Vista/Viewpoint

Desired qualifications:

• Experience working for an IBEW contractor
