Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Assembler role in Forest Grove, OR. Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently and safely.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Follow standardized processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in all assembly operations.
• Package and label finished products according to company guidelines.
• Accurately complete production documentation and maintain records as required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and basic blueprints.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
