This role is scheduled to be 100% remote. While remote, finalists MUST reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment with Kaiser Permanente: CA, OR, WA, HI, CO, GA, MD, VA, CT, DC, or IL.
Our team manages and facilitates the cutover and go live process for a multi-million dollar implementation project. This includes the creation of materials and meeting facilitation with business and IT partners of all related activities. Related activities include an hour by hour checklist of activities across multiple teams. Additionally, the facilitation of dry run executions to ensure teams are ready to go live.

Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.

Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3.0 GPA or above.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
