Overview

As a Environmental Services Technician at Holiday Park Plaza, you'll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support setup and take down of gathering spaces. You'll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you're making an impact on someone's life every day!

Along with normal custodial work, you will also have to cover the Front Desk at various times when needed.

Full Time -

Schedule:

7:00am to 3:30 pm (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri) 2:00pm to 10:30pm (Thurs)

Wages: $18.50 - $22.40 / hr DOE

About You:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills in operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies. Ability to read and understand labels.
