Join the Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) as a Maintenance Technician Level II and contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of our vibrant apartment communities. You will play a vital role in maintaining facilities at The Watershed at Hillsdale, Cedar Grove, and The Knoll at Tigard, encompassing 143 units with various amenities like community rooms, splash pads, and playgrounds.

Your responsibilities will include performing essential maintenance tasks such as repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial duties. We are seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail, strong time management capabilities, and comfort with managing work orders through technology.

Location: The Watershed at Hillsdale (SW Portland), Cedar Grove (Beaverton, OR), The Knoll at Tigard (Tigard, OR)

Hourly Rate: $27.00-$30/hr

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.

Additional Compensation: Monthly cell phone stipend of $50.00 and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements:

As a Maintenance Technician Level II, you should bring:

• At least one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician I or two years in a similar role, preferably in property management for commercial or multi-family properties.
• Preferred experience in janitorial work.
• Strong motivation, excellent time management, and the ability to follow instructions both independently and within a team.
• Intermediate knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation, and flooring maintenance (required).
• Experience operating a pressure washer.
• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and chemicals, adhering to safety protocols.
• Availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Reliable transportation for journeying with essential tools, including power washing equipment.
• Current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record for occasional work errands.
• Strong communication skills to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and commitment to fair housing practices.
