Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Execute lead generation activities consistently every week
- Conduct a minimum of 8 open houses monthly
- Make prospecting and lead follow up calls for 2 hours daily
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in daily script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities & meetings
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, morning Power Ups, and a weekly Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, negotiating and other listing related services
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Skills You Have:
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional (or plans to become one)
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded, and organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
- Motivated to build a business with excellent income opportunities
