Join our team as a dedicated Delivery Operations Coordinator, ensuring the prompt and secure delivery of parts and products to our valued customers. This exciting role includes operating company vehicles, managing customer returns, and collecting payments for cash-on-delivery orders. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are strongly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products and components to professional customers.
• Utilize delivery management hand-held devices for processing deliveries, capturing signatures, and conducting vehicle mileage updates and inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and conduct daily inspections of delivery vehicles prior to departure.
• Protect company property, including vehicles, keys, and collected payments, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Manage customer returns, including warranty items, and accurately complete necessary documentation.
• Communicate customer needs and issues promptly to store management.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs, damage, or accidents to the store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel levels are adequate and secure vehicles at the end of each day.
• Record work hours in compliance with company policy.
• Assist with various other duties as assigned, including customer service, stocking, and merchandising.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing delivery circumstances.
• A clean driving record compliant with company standards.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license and adherence to company driving eligibility requirements.
• Desirable: Familiarity with automotive parts and capability to operate light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
