The Springs at Lake Oswego is hiring happy people with compassionate hearts to provide exceptional care for our residents! Shift hours:

• Day shift: 6am to 2pm
• Swing shift: 2pm to 10pm
• Noc shift: 10pm to 6am
• Set schedules, must be willing to work at least one weekend day

Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:

• Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping with bathing, dressing, or assisting with personal grooming
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents
• Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
• Answer call lights
• Work together on a team of caregivers and med techs

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug test
• We are looking for individuals with a caring heart to provide personalized care to our amazing residents
• If you are new to the field of health services, we provide all the training necessary to be successful!
